New York and Jersey-based singer-songwriter, Lauren Davidson, reminds us all to be present in the moment in the up-tempo new track, “Soaking Up Every Second.”

Premiered exclusively by Taste Of Country, Lauren explains the inspiration behind the track. “I knew the day we wrote it it was something special,” Davidson tells Taste of Country. “It’s so easy to get caught up in the moment and wish time away looking forward to the next and the next, but sometimes you just have to take a breath and soak it all in as it happens. This song is a reminder to myself and I hope to everyone who listens to it to enjoy every moment, little or big, and soak it all in!

Lauren’s opened for major country artists including Old Dominion, Justin Moore, Rodney Adkins, Carly Pearce. Check out Lauren’s upcoming tour dates by visiting www.laurendavidsonmusic.com and catch her upcoming performances with Indigo Girls and Diamond Rio.
