After months of build-up, pop singer/songwriter Betty Who’s new album Betty is available everywhere now. Betty marks a milestone in the singer’s career as it will be the first independent album of her career, with Entertainment Weekly hailing the album as “the best she’s been since” the 2012 release of her infectious song “Somebody Loves You.” Last week, Betty put on an exciting performance of her latest single from the album “I Remember” on The Late Late Show With James Corden.

As the Australian pop queen walked into her first independent album, she had a single mandate: “I am going to be the most me I can be.” That is, in part, why her third full-length statement is simply called Betty. It’s pure her: a brilliant swirl of pop—’80s, Y2K, and hyper-modern strains—that encompasses everything from intimate artful fare to darkly sexy bangers to full-on wedding reception shout-alongs. What’s more, these are songs about grown-woman emotions delivered by someone who rediscovered the drive and verve that fueled her rise through music in the first place. As Betty says, “It all came back to joy.”

Betty will join Kesha on her Kesha Cruise: Kesha’s Weird & Wonderful Rainbow Ride from February 17-21 in the Bahamas, prior to her 2019 U.S. headline tour Betty: the tour this spring. Tickets for the tour are on sale TODAY at 10am local time. VIP packages will also be available for all dates. Check www.bettywhomusic.com for tour dates and all details.
