Marine and Louisiana singer/songwriter, Steven John Simon released his upcoming single Life Is Good” for pre-order exclusively via iTunes and Google Play. The single officially drops on all streaming platforms on May 17th, 2019.

The single, “Life Is Good” was written by John Spears & Jason Todd Street. Spears said, “When Jason and I finished the song, we knew it could be special in the right hands. When I first heard Steven on it, it blew me away! I am so grateful to be a small part of his journey.”  

The single was recorded in Nashville with Steven’s producer Larry Beaird and Beaird Music Group.  “Life is Good” was recorded in Nashville by Larry Beaird at Beaird Music Group studio with renowned industry session players, Mike Rojas on piano (Wynonna, Justin Moore, Big & Rich, David Ball, Luke Bryan, Stevie Nicks, FGL, Miranda Lambert, Faith Hill & Tim McGraw, Dylan Scott and Drake White); Troy Lancaster on Electric Guitar (Jimmie Allen,, Dustin Lynch, Good Ol’ Days, Blake Shelton, Chase Rice, Jerrod Niemann, Chris Janson, Brett Eldridge, Joe Nichols, Trace Adkins, Faith Hill, Tim McGraw, Big & Rich, Cowboy Troy); Mike Rinne playing Bass (Lindi Ortega); Steve Brewster on Drums (Locash) and Larry Beaird on Acoustic guitar (Charley Pride, Willie & Merle Haggard, Joey + Rory and more). 

Simon said, “This is my first project as a solo artist.  It has been amazing to work with a production team that supported me, provided me with the best possible musicians and engineers. I really have the best team behind me, from my label Heart Songs Records to Beaird Music Group & my vocal producer Rob Carona.”

Steven John Simon will kick off a summer tour this weekend in his hometown of Crowley, LA and making his first headlining appearance at The Pirate Festival in Lake Charles, LA.
