Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed (or access to it was disabled) by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our DMCA agent. Your counter-notification must include:

Repeat Infringer Policy

Divine Magazine® may, in appropriate circumstances, terminate the accounts or publication privileges of repeat infringers.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or update this DMCA Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
