Who inspired you to make music?
Probably The Beatles and my Dad. My Dad showed me a lot of amazing music at a really young age and I was hooked.
How do you feel the Internet has impacted the music business?
I think it’s changed the conversation around music as a career option. I think before the internet people really just thought it was an unrealistic dream but the internet has made music so accessible for both listeners and creators. You can literally make an album on your phone and release it that same day to potentially a huge audience. It’s incredible.
Have you got a ritual of sorts when making music?
I will usually make a cuppa, write down all my thoughts and come up with things that are inspiring me at the moment. Whether that’s an album or a film.
How would you describe your music?
Honest and nostalgic.
What’s next for you?
Releasing a lot of music, playing live shows with a full band and seeing what happens!
What are your top two favorite songs of all time? Why those songs?
Tough question…
Probably, George Harrison- What Is Life. It just makes me so happy and makes me want to fall in love and live in a van.
And Jeff Buckley- Last Goodbye. He’s one of my favorite artists, his voice and lyrics just make my heart hurt (in the best way.)
What was the last series you watched on TV?
Love Life.
What do you think the greatest invention has been?
Deliveroo
Do you have any lucky items, objects, or traditions?
Quite a few, I am very sentimental. But probably a necklace that my Mum got me for my 21st birthday.

Vanilla.
