On October 15th, Eli Gosling released his new single ‘Fix This Love’ via Goldun Egg Records. ‘Fix This Love’ is the 6th single to be released by the artist in 2021 and follows ‘Alien’, ‘Milia Passuum’, ‘Dead bodies filled with Bacardi’ and ‘Locked up’. Eli’s debut EP, ‘Blue Romance’ was released in 2020.

‘Fix This Love’ opens with melodic electric guitar and quickly evolves with a deep bassline and percussive layers that draw reference to the UK grime scene. Eli’s vocal, hypnotic and at times despairing, complements the eb and flow of the track as he opens up about trying to fix the toxic elements of a relationship.

Eli said about the track “Fix this love is a song I wrote about the toxic elements of a deep relationship and what you feel and go through in these times. All you want to do is fix the love, but however hard you try, you just can’t and you either have to accept that’s the way it is, or move on”

Eli’s unwavering flow of creativity continues to shine as he continues to unpick the multiple dilemmas of adolescent life with aching honesty. The artist refuses to be bound by genre confines as he continues to hone his sound and uses his own experiences to feed his songwriting inspiration. A love of contemporary artists from Post Malone to Juice Wrld along with the 90’s Hip hop scene continues to influence the artist’s creative vision and an expressive series of artworks have been designed and created by the artist to accompany each release.

Eli’s music to date continues to be supported by respected tastemaker blogs such as Wonderland, Alfitude, Diamond Deposits, Wolf In A Suit, Best In New Music and The Lowdown, as well as enjoyed spot plays on LA-based radio, KCRW.
