j.aaron has released his newest single, “MOVE!,” a track full of energy combining elements from multiple genres including funk, R&B, and hip hop.

“MOVE!” is a fun and exciting song that gets listeners up and dancing without a care in the world. The upbeat instrumentation and playful nature of the melody and lyrics create something that would get even your straight-faced uncle tapping his foot. The track emulates a sense of euphoria with inspiring lyrics and the undeniable ability to put a smile on anyone’s face.

“In November 2023, I decided to leave the band that I spent 14 years with. I  took some time to heal before I got back to music and when I came back to it, was welcomed with the worst writer’s block I’ve ever experienced. To combat this, I chose to embark on a psilocybin journey for the new year, and on it, I saw myself as a large figure in the sky moving energy, waiving my arms to clear the way for the new. The next song I wrote was ‘MOVE!.’” – j.aaron

Growing up in the Baptist church gave j.aaron an early introduction to music, and there was no question that he would go on to study it. Several years later he made the decision to drop out of college and join an R&B/funk a capella band called Duwendé, touring and going on to win many awards. j.aaron has made many National television appearances including NBC’s The Winner Is and America’s Got Talent and has backed many notable artists including 50 Cent, Tony Orlando, and Kenny Rogers. The artist is now focusing on his solo journey, combining heartfelt topics and dynamic vocals to create something unique and electrifying. Don’t forget to stream “MOVE!” on all platforms now, and check out j.aaron on Instagram and TikTok @jaaron_hi.
