Vocal powerhouse Ben Hazlewood has released a new official video for his single “Hideaway”, which was premiered Wednesday on Idobi.com.

The song was selected from Hazlewood’s recent Vanta EP and is the third in a series of live recordings performed by the The Voice alumnus with his band at Ocean Way in Nashville, TN.

“This is one of my favorite songs I have written. That point where the inner pressure has become too much and the energy to fight is lost, you’re done trying and you need to run away and escape it all. Its a reflection of how I felt at the lowest times over the past couple of years. A dark defeat but a hope that you can still hold on.”  – Ben Hazlewood

Hideaway” follows up live videos for “Love Strong” which was released by Ones to Watch, and “Stay Tonight” which PopDust called “One of the greatest vocal performances of the entire decade.”
