Seattle’s all-women garage-rock road warriors, The Darts, are lighting a bonfire under the music scene with their sharpest LP to date, Halloween Love Songs. Dropping March 3, 2026, via Adrenalin Fix Music, the album is a cinematic garage-punk statement that captures a band operating at full voltage.

Beyond the Novelty

The concept for the record sparked during a 2024 interview in Paris when frontwoman Nicole Laurenne joked that Halloween deserved more than just a few novelty hits. That joke evolved into a sophisticated two-sided mood:

  • Side A: Packed with “early-evening energy” and colorful tracks like “Midnight Creep” and “Zombies on the Metro”.

  • Side B: A heavy, hypnotic soundtrack for the after-dark hours, featuring the “Mudhoney-thick fuzz” of “Apocalypse” and the chant-driven “The Devil Made Me Do It”.

Road-Seasoned and Battle-Tested

Recorded at Station House Studio in Los Angeles with Grammy-winning producer Mark Rains, the album distills a decade of global touring into a focused, muscular sound. The lineup—featuring Laurenne’s Farfisa grit, Rebecca Davidson’s guitar snarl, Lindsay Scarey’s bass punch, and returning original drummer Rikki Styxx—delivers a performance rooted in real joy rather than mere polish.

The band’s reputation for high-voltage shows has already earned them fans ranging from Stephen King to Jello Biafra and Dave Vanian.

2026 Global Tour

True to their “road warrior” title, The Darts are following the release with an extensive world tour covering France, the UK, the U.S., and Japan.
