Canadian pop princess Shayla Souliere is back with an anthem of strength, the brand new single “Over.”

A radio friendly pop tune, “Over” highlights Shayla’s seamlessly infectious vocals and displays a combination of both electropop and modern hip hop influences. Although her first single in some time, Shayla has kept busy building a large social media following in Instagram and Musical.ly, while also making back and forth trips between her home in Canada and Los Angeles. “Over” is relatable and inspirational, highly reminiscent of fellow pop artist Selena Gomez. About the single, Shayla states:

“The track of over definitely shows who I am, I am cheerful and easy going. I love making music that everyone can relate to. The lyrics “I’m so over getting over you” I can relate to and I feel many others can as well.”

Shayla Souliere is a Canadian-born pop artist, with previous singles such as “Screw U,” which made press waves in 2016, and gained 74k YouTube views.. Following the release of “Screw U,” she took to Musical.ly to continue building her fanbase, and has since garnered 37k active Instagram followers.Shayla splits her time between Canada and Los Angeles, where she actively works on YouTube collaborations (the latest feat. Kirsten Collins). “Over” will serve as her first original single since the release of “Screw U,” with an official music video following on July 21st. “Over” is available now.
