Multiplatinum singer and Academy® Award-nominated actress  Hailee Steinfeld unveiled the music video for her latest single “Starving” with Grey [feat. Zedd] on VEVO yesterday.

Directed by Darren Craig [Rihanna, Drake, Justin Timberlake], it’s another epic, and engaging visual from the songstress that reflects the sound’s massive energy. Collaborators Grey also make a cameo.

“Starving” is quickly becoming another global smash from STEINFELD. Currently, “Starving” is the “Top 10 Greatest Gainer at Top 40 radio,” has soared to the Top 10 of iTunes Top Pop Songs Chart, has landed Top 10 on Spotify’s US Top 50, is Top 20 on Spotify’s Global Top 50, has netted over 100 million-plus Spotify streams, and went Top 5 on Shazam’s “Future Hits” chart. STEINFELD  performed the track nightly to crowd applause on her first-ever US tour supporting Meghan Trainor this past summer, and recently took the stage with Zedd and Grey to perform the hit at the iHeart Music Festival in Las Vegas.

Next up, she stars in the James L. Brooks-produced The Edge of Seventeen. Directed by Kelly Fremon-Craig and also starring Woody Harrelson and Kyra Sedgwick, STEINFELD has earned unanimous critical acclaim. Variety went so far as to call it “her breakthrough,” writing, “She’s like the young Elizabeth Taylor, with playful flexing eyebrows that italicize every thought. Even when she’s just tossing off lines, STEINFELD makes Nadine a hellion you can’t tear yourself away from. She isn’t just the star of The Edge of Seventeen—she’s its center of gravity.” The film opens in theaters November 18.

STEINFELD’S RIAA-certified platinum-selling debut single “Love Myself,” made history as the highest solo female artist debut on Top 40 radio since 1998, garnering STEINFELD an iHeart Radio Music Award nomination for “Biggest Triple Threat.”   Upon its release, “Love Myself” reached the Top 10 on the Top Pop Songs Chart.  It also hit number one on Spotify’s Global Viral Chart and claimed #25 on Shazam’s US Top 100.  To date, the track has received over 200 million streams on Spotify, while the companion video has amassed nearly 150 million views and counting. Her debut EP, HAIZ, which reached #6 upon its debut on the iTunes Pop Chart, is available now.
