Nashville, Tenn. (February 25th, 2020) – Rising singer-songwriter, Gracie Carol, follows debut EP Day Dreams with the release of the official music video for Lightning in the Bottle.

I wanted the video for “Lightning in the Bottle” to be real and raw just like the lyrics and the song itself. So I came up with the idea to shoot a one-take video in an open field. I didn’t want it to be too dark since the song itself is heartbreaking, so I added a pop of color with the rainbow streamers in the beginning,” explains Gracie. “Lexy Burke who shot the video was the perfect gal to understand the visual I was looking for, she did an amazing job! She helped with the location, we ended up going out and working with Country Rebel in there farm. It was a beautiful location for what I was looking for. I brought in a guitar player, Mitch Predella, as well since it’s the only instrument in the song I think it made the story feel much more real as well. Thank you to those who helped out in the making of “Lightning in the Bottle” one-take music video!

In the summer of 2014, Gracie Carol performed alongside Country Music Legend Keith Urban on his Raise ‘Em Up Tour at Riverbend Music Center in Cincinnati, OH. At 17 years of age, she presented her take on Miranda Lambert’s part of “We Were Us” to a crowd of 20,000 people.

Her achievements and milestones made a young Gracie Carol realize that she had a place in the music industry, but it is the small moments that keep her going. Now living in Nashville, TN, Gracie recently graduated from Belmont University getting a Bachelor’s Degree in Music studying Commercial Music Voice with an emphasis in Music Business.
