Creating a unique space with a twist on classic pop, ‘Be There Soon’ carves out a niche of its own in the pop music realm and rising artist and songwriter, Simone, is at the helm guiding her own ship. Set for release August 30th, Simone returns with her biggest release to date, taking inspiration from the likes of Kimbra, Ashe and Queen.

A completely DIY experience from the music to the artwork, Simone was able to create a journey for the listener, while simultaneously pushing the boundaries of what is possible for an independent artist. The Los Angeles based singer, songwriter, and producer has been doing so with every release, leading to the success she’s secured today with over half a million streams and support from Popdose Magazine, Lemonade Magazine and Screen Reels.

Simone previously hosted her own remix competition throughIndaba/Splice, garnering hundreds of submissions and boasting high streaming numbers with her remix EP release.

Now returning with ‘Be There Soon’, Simone explains the single as “an ode to not only the journey but also the destination, the light at the end of the tunnel being at your fingertips.”
