East London native Juvenal Maze returns with ‘In A Place/She Just Wanna’ April 26th after signing to SOULUVMUZIQ, joining BVRGER, Miko Waye and MadD3E.

Born and raised in East London with Congolese heritage, the young singer-songwriter-producer takes a fresh approach to R&B. Taking influences from his different backgrounds and incorporating Afro-beats, Grime, and his love for poetry, Juvenal creates music dripping with colourful melodies and fiery charisma.

Juvenal began his schooling in music at a young age, soaking in the different styles of music from his parents record collection but it wasn’t until he was at secondary school where he was introduced to the world of Grime. After a brief introduction into music production through a friend, Juvenal spent most of his days at his local youth centre and at home, writing and creating music.

Only two tracks deep, Juvenal has already turned heads, being described as a “triple threat song-writer”. ‘In A Place/She Just Wanna’ is taken from his upcoming EP dropping later this year and is Juvenal’s time to narrate his story and bridge his very own gap between beats and poetry.

Gifted with a comprehensive knowledge of modern storytelling and influenced from an assemblage of genre’s, Juvenal Maze will be releasing ‘In A Place/She Just Wanna’ on April 26th distributed through The Orchard.
